Gift Certificates
Body Kneads gift certificates are available from our entire menu of services, or is available for any dollar amount. We can send your certificate by mail, overnight delivery, or fax. Now you can automatically print gift certificates right off our website!
Reservations
A credit card: Visa, Master Card, or American Express is required to hold your reservation. We offer the convenience of keeping your credit card information on our confidential file for all your future appointments.
Cancellations
When canceling or rescheduling a reservation, please give us 48 hours notice for spa services and 24 hours notice for all other appointment. Should you need to cancel in less than 24 hour (48 hours for spa services), we will make every effort to fill your appointment slot. If we are unable, you will be charged for the full service fee. This courtesy enables us to compensate our employees for their time. In order to preserve everyone’s schedule, all services end at the appointed time; we ask that you please arrive 15 minutes early and that you alert us if you are running late. We will shorten your appointment if you run late in order to accommodate the next appointment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Atmosphere
In order to maintain a calm, relaxing spa and salon environment, we ask that you please Turn Off your cell phone when you arrive. Children and infants cannot accompany their parents who are receiving treatments. Children are welcome if they have an appointment for services. No pets are allowed in our spa unless it is for medical reasons. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please leave your valuables at home if possible.
Referral
We appreciate your referrals, they are the greatest compliments! Please insure that your friends indicate your name, so we may express our gratitude with a gift.
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product please let us know within 14 days of purchase. Please bring in the receipt and product and we either exchange for same product or offer you spa credit valid towards any purchase at the spa. For spa merchandise, all sales are final.
